This all-American brand offers a wide variety of design options, targeted to young adukts with a relaxed attitude, and kids and teens who seek to emulate them.

In 2006 Safilo introduced FLEXOLITE MEMORY METAL to the Chesterfield Ophthalmic, Sun and Kids collections. Composed of 56% nickel and 44% titanium, this specific blend of materials ensures that the frame is extremely flexible (and able to return to its original shape), but is also stable enough to be properly adjusted and fit. Also, frames made of Flexolite Memory Metal are resistant to corrosion and fatigue.

The Chesterfield Ophthalmic collection features clean lines in softer, geometric shapes. Frame materials include plastic, metal and lightweight titanium.

Many styles feature spring hinges. Select men's and children's styles include spring hinges and the innovative Flexolite bridge which provides maximum flexibility and reduces breakage. Clip-ons are available with some styles.

The Chesterfield Sun collection also features a variety of contemporary styles, including wraps and aviators. All sun styles feature polarized lenses.

The Chesterfield Polarized Magnetic Clip-on collection features a new magnetic sunclip, designed for active lifestyles and sports-minded wearers.
The patented MagneLock(TM) technology ensures a secure fit and eliminates rattling and vibrations, while polarized lenses provide superior sun protection.

In 2006, the Chesterfield Seventh Street collection was also introduced. This line features bright colors, fun details and trend-right designs, targeted to young women.
